Check your email after booking and download your e ticket. Present the e ticket at the Burj Khalifa ticket counter on the ground floor.
The counter will scan your ticket and issue entry passes. Proceed through security and board the elevator at your booked time slot.
If you booked shared transfer we will confirm pickup location and time.
For 148th floor upgrades you will get a separate ticket with a fixed entry time.
